| Hotel La Place is a small friendly boutique hotel in the heart of London’s West-end. Since it’s establishment in 1988 it has been owned and managed by the same family who have lived and worked in the hotel industry in several countries including the United States, Europe and Switzerland. Therefore, they understand the needs and requirements of the guests from different parts of the world and aim to provide all the ‘creature comforts’ you would expect. |

Numerous publications have named Hotel La Place a safe haven, especially for women traveling alone and on business. Being a small hotel, we can treat each guest as an individual and not a room number. This is probably why we have established a reputation for being excellent value for money and have over 80% repeat clientele.

ACCOMMODATION: All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, remote control colour TV/Satellite, direct dial telephones with phone jacks for portable computers, mini-bars, trouser press, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facilities and all our beds have orthopedic mattresses. As part of our continuous upgrading, we have also recently installed secondary glazing.
At Hotel La Place, we have a policy of continual upgrading. All our rooms have been recently re-decorated and all bathrooms re-styled. Our new suites (the Marble Arch, Piccadilly and Trafalgar), Are proving to be very popular and need to be booked well in advance to avoid disappointment. The Piccadilly is our newest two level suite with a king-size bed and living area.
Our décor, as you can see, is neither Country nor modern. We aim to mix different styles in order to provide a clean and comfortable surrounding where you can feel relaxed and at home whether here on business or pleasure.
Due to our continuous upgrade programme we are now proud to offer 3 new air-conditioned suites called the Piccadilly Suite, The Marble Arch Suite and the Trafalgar Suite, these rooms are very popular so please enquire about availability and book in advance. |
HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: No need to bring your laptop, the HLP Icafé is located on the first floor and offers access to the internet exclusively for our guests use. The ASDL lines ensure quick and efficient access whether you are just checking e-mails or simply surfing the net.
The Hospitality room is a complimentary service where you can leave your luggage if you are checking in early, or alternatively checking out late. In the Hospitality Room there is also a bathroom, which is especially useful before a long haul flight or even if you are just checking in early and want to freshen up before going out for the day.
Hotel La Place has a beautiful little bar called Le Jardin Wine Bar. A cozy refuge where one can relax, read a paper enjoy a drink, have a laugh and enjoy oneself. There is a wide range of Wines and bottled beers, unfortunately no draught. There are also special cocktails from your friendly bartender. The bar is open 24 hours hence it is only open to guests of the hotel.
Hotel La Place has a small restaurant called Le Jardin, which does a selection of foods, all freshly prepared, and exquisitely served. The restaurant caters to all tastes with food ranging from Hamburgers to Tagliatelle to Chef's special Cottage Pie and there is always a special of the day. Alternatively there are thousands of restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. |
